Windows 10: Mouse is overly Sensitive when i use it & Wifi switch never there when i turn computer on

Hi, I've been using the new HAVIT brand MS61WB mouse I bought recently and I've been having problems with it that I never had with my previous mouse. So basically, whenever I use the mouse left-click function, the mouse acts like it's double-clicking and instead of closing only one tab, it closes 2 tabs; etc.I have already changed the double click speed to the slowest, yet it still acts up daily.Any ideas why? Problem with mouse sensitivity.

We appreciate your response. Since all possible troubleshooting steps have been exhausted, what we would suggest next for you is to uninstall the latest update. Once the update has been uninstalled, kindly check if the sensitivity of your mouse improves.
Here are the steps to uninstall the latest update:

• Open Settings.
• Go to Update and Security and select Windows Update.
• Select View installed update history.
• Choose the latest update and select uninstall.

Overly Sensitive/Quirky Mouse

As the title states, my mouse has begun to act overly sensitive and quirky; e.g., requiring me to place the cursor on the exact spot, before opening whatever I'm trying to open. I now have to try clicking on something three or four times, before finding the exact "sweet" spot where it will finally open something. At other times, it will not easily allow me to highlight text, but rather making me try four or five times before it finally does work. If I try highlighting a word, for example, it might begin to highlight it, but suddenly stop halfway through as I am dragging the cursor along the word. Then, at still other times, the crazy thing works just fine! So far, I have tried the following: a. Updating my mouse driver, but I get the message that the driver I am currently using is the best one. b. Going to Settings>Devices>Mouse>Additional Mouse Options/Buttons/Pointer Options/Snap to/Troubleshoot My Mouse and playing/changing all of those settings....all to no avail. I am using Windows 10, version 21H2 on a laptop with Logitech M535 bluetooth mouse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Overly Sensitive/Quirky Mouse

I think you need to find out if it's a mouse problem or a Windows problem. I suggest you get a USB mouse and see how that behaves. Does another user have the same problem? Best of luck, Denis
