Windows 10: Mouse jitter with new HP Envy only through hub

I have a brand new HP Envy laptop. When the Logitec M310t mouse is in the laptop direct it works fine, no issues. When it's in the hub it's juddery & intermittent when moving. When another 2 laptops use the same mouse through the hub there are no issues. It's therefore the new HP laptop which has the issues but only when using the hub.Drivers and Win 11 updates all completed. Please help....

Jittering mouse

So here is what is happening

it started out with my mouse randomly freakomg out and jittering, the jittering is stopped when I move the mouse and the mouse doesn't bounce around the screen rather it stays in a place relative to where my mouse pointer was before the jittering

But just I few moments ago I let it jitter and it moved upwards, now I am very forgetful and I may of just moved the mouse pointer upwards but still im worried something bad might be happening

Try using a different port on your system to use the mouse. Does it jitter there too?

 

HP Envy Laptop Battery not charging after Windows 10 installation

I suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
• Restart the computer and check.

If the issue persist, I suggest you to visit HP Envy website and check whether HP has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.
