Windows 10: Mouse jumps all over screen completely uncontrollably in normal mode?

I just bought a Panasonic Toughbook for field work and after resetting the machine, the mouse jumps all over the place and clicks on random things in normal mode. I somehow managed to disable the touchscreen and it still does this. The problem however goes away in safe mode. I have absolutely no clue what to do about this, and the problem only started after the reset. Does anyone have any tips! Thank you!I can still very mildly control the mouse but after moving or clicking it just immediately starts jumping around again.

Scrolling Uncontrollably

My computer seems to scrolling uncontrollably, but not scrolling at the same time. Here are the syptoms:

1. It only scroll uncontrollably on the taskbar and address bar and tabs on search engine ( and similar program that have button on top like ms word),
2. It doesn't scroll up down on the page itself, I can still scroll on the page normally,
3. This problem occur randomly, sometime I can use my laptop normally sometime the random scroll make me unable to use the computer,
4. It can also be noted that sometimes when I write on the keyboard, it jumps to address bar (similar properties) or tabs (similar properties), and
5. When pressing "a" the scrolling stops, but I don't know why

Please help me resolve this issue...

 

Mouse Jumps to the Left Side of the Screen

Hi,
I made sure that the mouse and keyboard had new batteries and was clean, no stuck keys. My antivirus software is up to date but the pointer still jumps to the top left of screen while typing, browsing or when I am not doing anything or just reading news articles on the screen. Just did it again whilst typing this message.

Any suggestions most welcome

I have recently bought a new computer and the mouse when gaming jumps to the left corner of the screen, normally over the windows button. When in webpages it also does the same and jumps to the Windows button. Is there anyway to fix this?
