Windows 10: Mouse Keeps Disappearing Windows 11

This is a very bizarre issue, and I for the life of me CANNOT find an answer or even anyone asking the same question as me. My cursor, disappears, no matter what I do, whenever it enters any sort of text related portion of a window. For example, where this becomes mighty troublesome, is in my email client outlook and word documents. I understand there is an option to Hide Pointer While Typing, this is not checked in my settings so it is disabled, and this doesn't occur when I try to type. This occurs as soon as my mouse even hovers over any text area in any window, this includes every brow
