Windows 10: Mouse keeps moving to the left

Ever since this morning, my mouse has been acting up. At first, it would just stay within the bottom left corner and when I tried to move it, would stay within the taskbar area. Now however, it moves into the main area but without me doing anything it will move itself to the left of the screen. I can move it to the right of the screen but it will just move itself left again when I stop moving the mouse. The only time the mouse works properly is when an application like Device Manager is open and in focus.I have tried uninstalling my mouse driver and reinstalling it via restart, I've tried roll

Mouse keeps moving to top left corner

My mouse keeps moving by itself to the top left corner of my PC. I've replaced my mouse and the problem continues.

The touch screen is also somewhat temperamental.

Left handed mouse when docked and right handed touchpad when undocked

You can configure the mouse settings for left hand and set the touchpad for normal use.

Mouse Cursor Moves Left By Itself

Lately when I'm using my notebook my mouse cursor starts moving to the left by itself. The only thing I can connect these incidents with is when I open Microsoft Office 2013. It usually starts occurring after I've opened that program. However, even when
I don't have it open, it does it as well. It just happens at random. I've tested unplugging my mouse from the computer or switching USB ports but it doesn't fix it; and using my touchpad doesn't help either. I can move the mouse cursor with my mouse, but the
cursor fidgets and keeps moving left. I've scanned my computer so I'm lost as to why it's doing this.
