  1. Mouse, Keyboard, and Headset All USB unresponsive after waking pc

    Hello all, My Corsair keyboard, Logitech mouse, and SteelSeries headset become unresponsive after waking up my PC from sleep mode. They are all powered on, but do not accept any inputs or anything. I have to hold down the power button on my PC when this happens to reset it. I have tried many solutions, such as making sure the "Allow this device to wake the PC" is appropriately checked through device manager, making sure all of my drivers are up to date, and making sure windows is up to date. Mt PC specs are: -Intel Core i7-9700k -NVIDIA ROG STRIX RTX 3070-ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming Motherboa

  2. Mouse wake PC

    What do you mean? If I touch the mouse, my PC wakes up. I wonder if I have to disable the USB dongle receiver. But If I do that, then the keyboard will disabled as well.

    Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

    Hi,

    One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

    • Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

    If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out.

    Mouse/Keyboard won't wake PC

    I have a Logitech wireless keyboard, and it works perfectly with it.

    I have checked "Allow the computer to turn off this device" with all my USB hubs. And set the wake up part with my Keyboard en Mouse.

    Something else you could try is:
    • Win-x -> o (Power Options)
    • Change plan settings
    • Change advanced power settings
    • USB settings -> USB selective suspend setting -> Set to Disable

    See if this helps. On my system, it is enabled, but I heard that some devices/drivers have a problem with this.
