Windows 10: Mouse & Keyboard Center doesn't work on HP Pavilion

The Ctrl-F5 key combo refreshes a website page, but I have some arthritis and that's uncomfortable for me, so I thought I'd try to reassign that to a key combo that works better for me. Help says to do that through the Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Center, but when I try to open it, it says that "No Supported Device Detected". I'm using an HP Pavilion laptop with an integrated keyboard, is there no way to set up hot keys for this keyboard? thx

Mouse not visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center

I use Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard and Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, The first is visible in Mouse and Keyboard Center, but not the mouse. The mouse
does work, however one of the reasons I have chosen this particular mouse is the additional settings in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center, which I cannot use.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. No improvement.

The mouse is on the list of supported devices and I'm surprised by this issue as I have never heard such a problem before. It is my second Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse.

keyboard doesn' t working

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
