Windows 10: Mouse keyboard not working after factory reset stuck in setup scree

So i factory reset my hp pro desktop everyrhing was fine after the reset my mouse and keyboard don't work they work in bios but nothing else i can't acces safe mode nothing my bios is hewlett-packard v2.10.1206My windows is windows 10 anyone have a solution?

Keyboard and mouse not functioning after Windows 10 factory reset

Today I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via Windows Update. Everything went smoothly but shortly after I decided I would rather factory reset Windows 10 to get a clean experience. I reset Windows 10 via
the Windows Recovery option to reset the system.

After the system completed the reset and restarted it now displays a setup screen that is asking me to select a keyboard region. This seems normal enough for a fresh reset. However, my mouse and keyboard are
no longer functioning and I am unable to select US for my keyboard region and proceed to the next step.

I have tried using different mice and a different keyboard. I still get no functionality and cannot progress through the setup process into Windows 10 desktop. I had thought maybe my first mouse and keyboard
weren't working becautse they needed drivers (Both are Logitech

products), but using other peripherals doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas? I don't have ps 2 mouse Please give me reply fast.

 

Wireless Keyboard Mouse not working after factory reset Windows 10

My Keyboard and mouse (wireless Logitech)stopped working after I did a factory reset. Both were working fine until I decided to factory reset. I looked at other threads and tried there methods,like,start up repair or something and when I did it.It would
say that it was unsuccessful. Please help me with this. As of now I am still stuck on the blue color page where is says to enter your home and other things.
