Windows 10: mouse keys don't work on Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000

As you can see from the photo the mouse keys on the keyboard are not accessible and factional.

Why is this happening?

It was an expensive keyboard and i hope that i am doing something wrong.



Microsoft keyboard and mouse center version 2.3.188.0



The newer version does not recognize the keyboard set 7000.

We understand how frustrating it could be when devices do not work the way they supposed to and we truly appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue. However, we see that the wireless Desktop 7000 you are currently using is not
compatible with Windows 10, which might be the reason for the issue you are facing.

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to install the driver from the repository and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Open Device Manager.
2. Right click on wireless keyboard and mouse driver and select Update driver.
3. Click on Let me pick from a list of device on my computer.
4. Click on Browser my computer for device software.
5. Select Human Interface Device and click on USB composite device.
6. Then follow on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If the issue still persists, check for the version of Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center installed on your computer, as entertainment keyboard 7000 and wireless laser mouse 8000 is supported by

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center 2.3. You can download Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center 2.3 from

Download Center.

Lock FN key - Entertainment 7000 keyboard

Hello,

I would like to know how to lock FN key in the Microsot Entertainment 7000 keyboard.

I tried pressing at same time FN + CapsLock but it didn't work (It only changes the status of the Caps Lock).

The key works properly if i keep it pressed when i'm using it.

I've the last version of Mouse and keyboard center.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Wireless Laser Mouse 7000-How to asign extra buttons

Hi!

I have a "Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 7000" and I need to reasign the buttons on the sides; so I don´t know how to do it.
