Windows 10: Mouse Lagging and Beeping

I'm having an issue, a big part of the issue is I'm not entirely sure how to describe it properly. It seems like my mouse sometimes the keyboard too will temporarily freeze for half a second or maybe 2 before then completing all the inputs I had given during that time, for example if I was typing a sentence, the letters being typed would stop being put on the screen for a bit then they would all blurt out onto the screen, whatever I had typed in the small time that it froze. Similarly my mouse has a similar issue when scrolling or moving about where it will freeze and then it will complete whatever actions I told it to in the short time it froze. I've noticed that sometimes when scrolling through discord in particular, if I scroll too fast the computer will make repetitive beeping noises but the above issue doesn't necessarily occur simultaneously. Mouse lagging is most notable when playing games especially FPS games it makes it almost impossible to play properly.


This issue seemed to randomly occur initially a couple of months ago and I'm unsure as to the cause as I hadn't done any changes to the PC at that point.

I've tried looking up the issue many times but the issue everyone else described, while using the same words didn't appear to be the same issue. my computer can run high quality games fairly smoothly and normally typing and mouse movements are smooth as they should be but there are regular spikes where the above issue occurs. It does not seem to effect any graphical displays and I can watch a HD film/programme without issue.


I am lost as to where to go for help with this issue and my computer knowledge is not particularly strong so I am posting this here in the hopes I might find some help.

Mouse Beeping and Lagging

My mouse is doing a random beep sound when I move it.

And it often lags.

I really need help, I cannot work with a bad mouse.

Windows 10 beeping and mouse lagging

Windows 10 just locked up then it started making a beep once a second and would not stop and the mouse would move but would lag and keep moving until it got to a corner of the screen

 

Random Mouse lagging And beeping sound

Random mouse beeps and lag randomly happen whatever I am doing on my PC, especially when clicking fast, not my mouse as issue happens whatever mouse I seem to use. Started happening a couple months ago.
