Windows 10: Mouse leaving Game window

Doesn't happen to with all games but most like fps games even in Fullscreen, my mouse will move to my other monitor. I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, checked window update and nothing has worked. I even bought a new mouse and still same issue. Any ideas for a fix without a third-party install?

Mouse Pointer almost invisible when pressed Win + G in games.

i cannot find 'advance' option in this game (see the screenshot attached, it says unavailable). now what should i do?
