Windows 10: mouse left click issue

i use mouse Aula S30 in windows 10, i tried other mouse too, the issue is when i use left click to any video, its not become pause but going previous video. when i test in driver mouse, it's fine didnt have issue at all but when in outside of it like trying double click. it become rename file and when i click once in video or file explorer, it become back buttonALT+. i cant use double click to open folder or file cause it turned into going back or go to previous video. is there any way fix it?

Follow the steps mentioned below and check if the issue is resolved:

Step 1:

I would like to suggest that you log into Safe Mode with networking and check if the issue persist, if not try the steps below.

Step2:

I suggest that you update your drivers. Follow the steps below to perform an update.

• Click on the Start button, and type “Device Manager” on the search bar.
• Open Device Manager, expand “Mice and other pointing devices”.
• Find and double-click graphic adapter
  from the left panel to uninstall.
• Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
• Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click
  OK to remove the driver.
• After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.
• After you have successfully uninstalled the driver, please go to the computer manufacturer’s website, download the Windows 10 driver for your computer and check.

Step 3: Download drivers for 8.1 and install in compatibility mode. Follow the steps below to do so:

  Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.

Issues with clicking the left button on my mouse

Hi Micah,

I would suggest you to install available Windows updates including Optional updates and check if that helps you. If the issue still persists, refer to the following suggestion.

Method 1:

Please follow the steps to run hardware troubleshooter on the computer and check if that helps you:

a) Press Windows and X key together and select Control Panel.

b) Click on Troubleshooting.

c) Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.

d) Click on Hardware and Devicesoption.

e) Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

Method 2:

Uninstall the mouse drivers from device manager:

a. Press “Windows + R” keys to open Run window.

b. Type devmgmt.msc in the run option and click Ok.

c. Search for the mouse or touchpad drivers and right click the mouse driver listed and click Uninstall.

d. Click Uninstall, restart the computer and check if that helps you.
