Windows 10: Mouse movement error

hello guys got a problem here. i am facing a problem with my mouse it is not working properly as the cursor goes left when my mouse goes right and it goes right when mouse goes left. there is also another problem as my mouse is of redgear a15 when i press the decreasing dpi button all the software being used at that minimizes .this started when i tried to disable the lights of my mouse through redgear a 15 software i tried to reinstall the software but its showing manufacture id error...any solution guys

Mouse Movement

I am having unwanted mouse movement, specifically when trying to manage files. I'll select a file in a folder and then find the mouse has returned me to the top of the folder and the selected file (still selected) is off the screen..

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. What is the make and model of your system?
   
2. Was there any major change on your system prior to which you were able to use the mouse without any issues?
   
3. Does the issue with the mouse occur when it is used on a different system?
   

I would suggest you to update the driver for your mouse under ‘Mice and other pointing devices’. You can follow the steps in this article on ‘Update
drivers in Windows 10’ and uninstall the mouse driver.

Kindly restart the system and check if this worked out for you.

• Are referring to an external mouse or the laptop touchpad?
• Have you tried using an external mouse and check if the issue persists?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you running? You can find this information by clicking the Start button, type
  winver, and then press
  Enter.
