Windows 10: mouse not smooth, starts and stops when moving, windows 10

Good morning.

I have an issue with the wired mouse when I move it then it will freeze for a second and then move again. Also videos skip every few seconds. I have tried updateing the drivers for the mouse and video card AMD and it did not fix. Also have uninstalled realtek hd . This is highly annoying.

Mouse smoothing issues

Hello everybody, I wanted to ask for help as this had been ruining my experience with Windows.

I am a hardcore gamer and im very good at some games. So, my mouse movements on my pc vere always very responsive and crisp. But after doing a clean install of windows 7 because of viruses, i noticed a little problem with my mouse movements. Whe i move my
mouse it feels like theres a little bit of accel and smoothing. If i move my mouse quickly, i can feel the mouse latency and if i move it around quickly and stop , holding the mouse in the same place, it fells like the cursor moves a bit on its own.

This has been an issue for me since February 2016 and i can use my PC as efficiently as before, i cannot play games (in Counter Strike Global Offensive for expample, i easily flickshotted and quickly and easily aimed at my opponents head, now i cannot even
aim properly. The mouse feels unresponsive.)

I installed Windows 10, it has the same issue for me.

This issue occured on 5 mice : Roccat Kone Pure (my main mouse which worked great before) , Roccat Kone XTD (Which I bought after i first had this issue and thought it was the mouse broken), Another Roccat Kone Pure (It works as well as my other Roccat Koe
Pure in means of sensor but it also hsd this smoothing? Issue.), Logitech G400 Optical Gaming mouse (Feels as unresponsive as others) and some cheap mouse for $2 in my country. They all had this issue.

Ive turned off all mouse accel and it still is there a little bit, and that little bit feels like a lot,i started being the last person on the scoreboard in CS:GO, and Its actually driving me nuts, i overshoot icons on my desktop and its so bad with all
mice.

Could it be a hardware issue? My PC is 4 y/o. Never had these kind of issues before

My PC specs:

NVidia GTX Geforce 680 DirectCUII Top

Intel Core I7-3770K 3,5 GHz

16 Gb DDR3 RAM

Asus P8z77-v LX Motherboard

Some kind of Everest Power supply

1TB HDD

250GB SSD

Please help as i cant use my computer , its incredibly hard to do even the easiest of things.

Id appreciate any help towards resolving this problem above any level that i can show it through the internet. And sorry for my bad English

P.S. : Maybe someone has had this issue, and they resolved it, i would be so incredibly thankful for the way to fix this.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.

Try different keyboard or mouse.

Restart computer, repeatedly.

Google for related issues.

Update Bios, because why not.

Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

Mouse smoothing

Hi all,
Does mouse smoothing have any effect in games on fps number? Is it possible that the games will be smoother (based on fps numbers) then this option is enabled? Or just the mouse move?
