Windows 10: Mouse not working after Fresh Start

Was having problems with Windows 10 and did a Fresh Start which created more problems. The may remove a few apps thing is a lie as it removed the majority of my programs. It seems it likes to remove anything that doesn't start with Microsoft! For example it removed my Thunderbird account and all my contacts! Also for some reason it removed a file I had created containing all my passwords! Why would it do that? Anyway after Fresh Start my mouse is not working. It's a Logitec MX Anywhere 2 Bluetooth mouse which was working perfectly before Fresh Start! I have uninstalled the driver and uninstall

Mouse Pointer in Fresh Paint

I appreciate your interest on Windows 10.

As of now, there is no option to disappear mouse pointer and turn into a dot or circle.I suggest you to use feedback inside the fresh paint app and give feedback regarding this.

Please follow the steps below:

• Open fresh paint.
• Click on hub(the three lines, in top left corner).
• Click on settings.
• Click on send feedback.

mouse is not working right


unfortunately there isn't a lot to a usb mouse. what i would suggest is checking the power management settings on it.

Right-click the start menu and choose device manager
Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers at the very bottom
Double-click on each HUB you have listed, click Power Management Tab at the top, and UNCHECK "Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power"
You may have HUBs called Generic and Root Hub. Perform the step above on All of them.

If you continue to have the issue, i would imagine your mouse is malfunctioning. Perhaps try another mouse just to be sure. This will help you determine if it is in fact the mouse of computer causing the issue.

Keyboard & Mouse not working during Fresh Start

Hi. I was trying to do a Fresh start of windows 10 after I've been having issues. During the process, I had the choice of selecting my keyboard layout. Unfortunately, my keyboard ( Dell) and my mouse (Lenovo) wasn't working. (keyboard & mouse weren't lighting
up like they normally do and I checked to make sure the USBs were in) So I wasn't able to continue. I have an HP Compaq Pavilion p7-1010, if that's helpful. Any suggestions? Thank you.
