Windows 10: Mouse pad freezes when keys are pressed

Discus and support Mouse pad freezes when keys are pressed in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; since i updated to the windows 10 every time i press a key my mouse freezes for about 5 second.     Mouse pad freezes when keys are pressed


    since i updated to the windows 10 every time i press a key my mouse freezes for about 5 second. Does not freeze when I click CTRL, FN, ALT, SHIFT.
    I have turned off time delay for the mouse but nothing changed.

    shift key does something to my game

    When ever i press the shift key to run or something in a game it freezes. I cant use my keyboard or anything , then my mouse pointer appears but i cant click anything. I have to click shift again to fix it. This started happening yesterday after i got
    a RGB mouse pad from corsair.

    mouse pad is unresponsive when i press a key

    I just recently got an Alienware 13 laptop (windows 10) I have downloaded a few games but every time I press a key on the keyboard the mouse pad is either unresponsive or just barely. It has been like this since day 1. if there is any way I can fix this
    can you please tell me?
