Windows 10: Mouse pointer becomes invisible at times and semi invisible other times

Hey guys,Not sure the best way to describe this issue, but recently my mouse pointer has been disappearing on me completely sometimes and other times it loses its black border or if I change to the full black mouse pointer, the whole filling which leaves just the white outline which renders it semi invisible. I tried reinstalling the mouse drive, plugging in the USB chip to another USB port, and restarting the computer. I also tested out a different mouse that was wired, and it did not solve the problem. I cant seem to solve this issue no matter what I can think of and doing a web search doe

Mouse pointer in text areas is invisible

My computer just updated to the latest version of Windows 10. Now my mouse pointer in any text area is invisible. I am using high contrast black as my theme, and I have hide mouse pointer when typing set to off. Is there anyway to fix this? It is very
difficult to use in Office or other products.

 

Mouse invisible when using controller "steam desktop configuration"

I use my controller as mouse sometimes. But I noticed mouse pointer is being invisible when no any mouse hardware connected. I wanna save my Bluetooth mouse battery so I just want my controller to be connected as mouse. It seems like windows automatically disappearing my mouse pointer when no any mouse connected. The mouse pointer is moving but the only problem is it being invisible. Is there any option that I can disable mouse pointer auto invisible? Sorry my bad English lol
