Windows 10: Mouse pointer erratically changing from arrow pointer, to open hand, and hand with pointer...

I’m on windows 10, and ONLY on the Edge browser does this happen. When my mouse is still, the cursor is an open hand . When my cursor goes over any text, a link, or any button, it starts erratically and very quickly changing through all of these mouse pointers. It is so distracting and makes it hard to click on things. I’ve tried everything— “repair” option for edge uninstalling and redownloading, everything is up to date, PC has been restarted, and I’ve cleared all cookies and site data on edge. Mouse settings seem fine in windows settings but this only happens on edge.Also using chrome o

My cursor pointer changes to hand

I did go to the place where you suggested, and all it shows is the straight cursor and the arrow pointer. That box is already clicked.

Sounds like if I want to have the arrow pointer, I have to use the mouse?

 

Mouse Pointer Turned to an Animated Hand

I was configuring my new LG Gram 17” laptop with Windows10 and somehow I changed the mouse black arrow to a hand (when approaching an item the arrow turns to a hand). I’m quite comfortable working with the Settings or Control panel and I have tried everything I can think off without a success. I can change the arrow to black/white, the cursor thickness, blink rate, speed etc. but I can’t find how to get the pointer back to only an Arrow.

IE 11 mouse pointer changes to hand and keeps flickering

On IE 11 (latest build running on Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 Pro) the mouse pointer changes to a hand and sometimes gets into a constant flickering loop which doesn't stop until the pointer is completely at rest. What setting allows me to prevent changing
the pointer to a Hand permanently? There are older threads about this problem on IE9 but the mentioned settings to fix the issue are not available on IE11 (and this issue is not related to Caret browsing).
