Windows 10: Mouse randomly freezes and USB devices disconnect.

Hello,I have been having issues for the past few month as follows:Mouse randomly freezing Happens way more consistent when browsing the internet or on my desktop but not as much while playing gamesRandom USB disconnects for a brief second before reconnecting Audio swaps channels Left and right channels swapScreen occasionally goes black for about 5 secondsI have tried updating all my drivers and reinstalling windows 11 with no luck. I have also turned off the ability for the computer to turn off the USB devices to save power. On top of that, I replaced my CPU as I had a 13th gen CPU. I kno

Usb devices randomly disconnect

I am having an issue with my USB devices randomly disconnecting. I think it's because of my headphones but I'm not sure. Whenever I disconnect my headphones, the problem is gone. Usually what happens is my headphones randomly disconnect and I have to move the cord around the place just to get my keyboard and mouse to work again. It's pretty annoying because it happens very frequently.

 

USB wired keyboard keeps on disconnecting randomly

The USB device icon appears on the status bar, and the keyboard disconnects and reconnects, while the devices stays connected meanwhile (num lock light on), first I thought it to be a device (hardware) issue, bought a new keyboard, changed the USB port, front, back both uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers and did everything suggested in the thread, none of this worked. Meanwhile, when this is happening if I am typing, multiple keystrokes get registered (e.g. nation becomes, natioooon).

Windows 11 Ghost USB device randomly connecting and disconnecting

1. At present, whether the USB devices randomly connected and disconnected only in specific USB ports, are other USB devices connects normally?
   
2. Assuming that it only appears in a specific USB port, we may need to trace the reason of this problem back to the driver or hardware level of this USB port.
   

All USB devices function normally. I can plug a device into any of the three ports and they work. This unknown device can still appear even if nothing is plugged in.
When I click on the description for the unknown device, I do get an error code 43. The driver is listed as follows.
