Windows 10: Mouse releases click when dragging after upgrade from W10 to W11

After upgrading to W11, I've noticed this issue.The pattern I observed is: - click and hold left button, drag while holding left button, - stop dragging while holding button, - drag again while holding button. At this point windows releases the button without it physically being released.Troubleshooting steps so far:I tried other mice, wired, wireless, and Bluetooth. I tried changing the mouse scroll options as mentioned in many posts.The CPU is not under load:This is my second attempt to move from W10 to W11 on my daily driver machine. I see many issues were resolved in the mean time, but

Quick question regarding a W10 Pro to W11 upgrade

I have the notification that I can upgrade to W11 22H2 in updates services.

I 'm currently running W10 Pro because I utilize Hyper-V.

Does the upgrade to W11 22H2 automatically put me on the Pro version or does it dump me to Home?
