Windows 10: Mouse rollover effect, Toolbar icons

Hi guys,
Is there any way to get a Mouse rollover effect on the custom made toolbar icons ?
like the windows start button but than for the icons so the icon changes to another one or just the color is also fine.

Lock Icon Sequence in a Toolbar

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to arrange desktop icons.

• 
  Right Click on desktop screen.
  
• 
  Place the cursor on View.
  
• 
  In drop down menu, select auto align and check.

Toolbar icons not showing up

I added a new toolbar to the taskbar by right mouse->toolbars->new toolbar...

I then created and added a folder to C:\Misc\toolbar and selected that. Already had shortcuts in there.

The toolbar displays some of the toolbar's shortcut's icons and some are not displayed. I'm using small icons too so I then can't visually distinguish those apps from each other.

I can go to the icon->properties->change icon and change it to the same icon image and windows will then correctly display the icon on the toolbar. Rebooting, though, reverts to the missing icon.

Any ideas how to fix this?
