    Mouse screwing up


    Often when playing games, either in browser or not, the mouse pointer speed will change by itself. I can go into the mouse setup menu and change it back, but sometimes it then changes again. This happened in Win7 also. The touchpad also sometimes just stops working. This didn't happen in Win7. I gotta say Win10 makes some weird changes to things

    Mouse Screwed up in last update

    My computer installed a Windows 10 update on Friday, and now my Logitech M510 mouse does not work. The K350 keyboard on the same dongle still works. What's the deal? No external mice work on my computer.

    Please fix this ASAP!

    Hi Lisa,

    If the driver is not compatible with Windows updates (especially version update) installed, you might encounter an issue with the hardware. For us to better assist you with this, can you provide which update was installed (e.g. Windows 10 Fall Creators Update)?

    Try getting the manufacturer's driver for that mouse.
