Windows 10: Mouse Scroll Not Working Win 10

I have tried many things but still my scroll will not work on my mouse.I have done the Win 10 update, clean boot, uninstalled and re-installed the device and update drivers.Still no scroll and the mouse works fine on my old Win7 machine. I tried another working mouse on this machine, and it doesn't work either.I'd really like to get this fixed.

How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.

Running Win 10 and recently auto scrolling on mouse & touchpad started (don't know what I did for that), can't get it to stop. In Control Panel - Mouse (or Device Manager), no device settings or options for scrolling listed anywhere. How do I get it to stop?
