    Mouse scroll wheel moves slowly when USB is unplugged and plugged back in.


    I have two computers at the same desk, work and personal, and I want to move the USB dongle from one to the other as necessary. I'm using an MS Sculpt Ergo Desktop mouse and keyboard, and both machines are running Windows 11. When I remove the dongle from my tower machine and put it back in, the scroll wheel moves very slowly. If I reboot the machine, the scroll wheel moves correctly again. I don't have this problem on the laptop, only the tower machine. I want the scroll behaviour to stay the same when I remove and replace the dongle. Suggestions?
