Windows 10: Mouse scroll wheel not completely working

Windows 11 on a Lenovo Legion Y7000P, my mouse Razer Deathadder V3 Pro is not really working. I tried the solutions to other similar questions, but none of them worked. I took apart my mouse and cleaned the sensor and put it back-it worked for about two hours before going back to being broken. Basically, the mouse wheel would jump every few scrolls in the opposite direction and it is so frustrating and annoying.Side note, I did install a ram upgrade a week prior, but I don't really think that's causing it because iirc this problem has been occurring before the ram upgrade, and it seems like

Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?

If your mouse scroll wheel not working then you can follow the steps below:

Update mouse drivers:

Update mouse drivers. The most effective way to update your mouse driver is to download and install the latest mouse driver from the manufacturer's website.

On a Windows 10 PC, open and check the Device Manager to ensure there isn't an exclamation mark next to the mouse driver after you've updated. If there is, you'll want to roll back the driver and try something else.
