    To be honest i don"t know where to begin

    when i use my mouse and click on text it acts as though it"s selecting everything< probably becuase **** is held down all the time

    i even turned on the on_screen keyboard< and i can"t un click shift it"s constantly held down

    is there a fix for this? all of the one"s i"ve found so far don"t help me>

    Shift keys stuck down

    Nothing to do with hardware

    From screen shot both shift keys are held down on the virtual keyboard and just to add I have tried two keyboards and same

    I Will also explain

    tried two keyboards

    deleted software > reinstalled

    No sticky keys on

    Booted in safe mode > restarted > worked for one minute with no shift keys

    I know this is a windows error as unplugging keyboard both virtual keys are held down still

    Windows 10 Issue with keyboard and mouse

    Hi thanks in advance for any help,

    After a recent update my keyboard and mouse has started acting up when I'm typing it writing in caps almost as if the shift key is being held I've checked sticky keys is turned off. Also the mouse is selecting all items in a list I've unplugged the keyboard
    do see if it was that causing it but it carried on.

    I believe the issue is software one as before everything has finished loading both keyboard and mouse work normal.

    I've tried trouble shooting using windows but it does not find any issues.

    not sure what else to do beside trying a reinstall but I want to have that as a last resource.

    I've done a virus scan but it's not found anything.
