Windows 10: Mouse sens feels loose

For some reason my mouse feels loose in every game and it’s hard to aim in i play valorant And Fortnite I’ve tried multiple mouses but it just feels like it’s to loose to hit my shots

I updated driver for my mouse, windows. then there was the game update (overwatch) and when i started playing after i updated the game i noticed sens was really high, i even re installed windows and mouse drivers but still the same. Yeah the mouse sens affects
all the actions.

My windows 10 version is 1703, build 15063.540
