Windows 10: Mouse settings keep reverting back to multiple lines at a time after reboot

Hi,I set it to one screen at a time. However, after reboot, it always revert back to multiple lines at a time.I have Microsoft mouse and keyboard center installed. Not sure if it has anything to do with it.Any way to fix it?Thanks

Mouse & Touchpad Settings - line scroll settings

There appears to be no way of permanently saving line scroll settings in Mouse and Touchpad Settings.

If the computer is only put to 'sleep', the settings remain unchanged, but when fully restarted my personalised scroll line settings (4 lines) always revert back to their default position (30 lines).

To start troubleshooting your issue, we recommend the following:

• Start your device in Safe Mode.
• Set your mouse settings and restart in Safe Mode.
• Check if the issue still exist.
• If this resolves your issue, there is third party program interfering with your mouse's settings.
• If not, uninstall and then reinstall your mouse drivers. Follow the steps below:
  
  • Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager.
  • Expand the node that represent the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click
    Uninstall.
  • On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
  • Remove your mouse and then reconnect. That should reinstall the driver of your mouse.
