Windows 10: mouse settings menu is freezing when I try to change it, super annoying

mouse settings menu is freezing when I try to change sensitivity, if I change it in old style menu it take upto 30 sec to apply settings, super annoyingI have logitech software installed with g700 mouse if it matters.

Mouse lag

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.

Mouse Freezing need help pls.
