Windows 10: Mouse settings

Hi everyone, I hope u all okay
about 3 or 4 years ago I was trying a new setting for mouse that when i hold left click for 2 or 3 sec it kept holding until i press it again i forgot how i done that and i cant find it in settings or control panel it gets worst and annoying coz i synced it with my account so every time i log in it automatically enable.

i wast care in the past but now im playing alot of shooter games and using graphic program so anyone can tell me how to disable it

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Devices.
• Click on Mouse and Touchpad.
• In the right pane, click on Additional Mouse Settings.
• Under Pointer tab, Click on Use Default.
• Click on Apply and OK.

Mouse lag

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.

I tried using your instructions to restore the touch pad mouse on Windows 10. It didn't work
