Windows 10: Mouse shows light but doesnt work

It is a wireless mouse with keyboard which share one USB, but the mouse doesnt work, it shows lights but doesnt scroll or anything, but the keyboard works fine. I tried connecting the USB to a different computer and it still doesnt work, I tried replacing the batteries, uninstalling and reinstalling updated drivers yet it would not work.

Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.

 

Lights on but not functioning mouse

Hi , I just bought a new rgb mouse.

I want to use it on my computer and it lights up, however it is not moving I see that it's showing driver is installing, I tried restarting and update driver for mouse. Both of the steps won't work, I also tried using the mouse on my laptop and it works fine, what might be the problem?

 

Mouse and touchpad not working

Hey did exactly what you suggested and the first time i did it the mouse cursor became visible, it was at the center of the screen but i still couldnt make it move with the touchpad and i plugged in my usb mouse and that doesnt work too. I did it a few moret times but cursor never showed up again and still could make either the touchpad or the mouse to work. Do you have anymore suggestion?
