Windows 10: Mouse Side-Buttons

My mouse's side button which normally works as a "back" function instead opens windows office. the button's execution is to "Ctrl Alt Shirt RWin" I have no clue what that means, and not work as a normal "back" function. How to make it go back to being a normal button like it was once before?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.

I am sorry Matt but that is a step by step instruction. After you downloaded the file: wdm.zip and for simplicity, move it to desktop.

1. Point your mouse to wdm.zip then click with right mouse button
2. a menu popup, click on extract to wdm
3. Navigate to the folder where you can find the file: wdma_emu.inf
4. Point your mouse at the file then click with right mouse button again
5. a menu pop up, move your mouse to Install then click with the left mouse button.
