Windows 10: mouse starts to move slowly and fps drops to 40 in games

game fps dropped

Hello, I can't think of any other reason why my fps on CSGO has dropped to like ~40%. All I did was update my windows 11 and then I noticed my fps dropped hard. Normally my fps in a crowded server would be at ~60 fps. But now my fps in a crowded server is at ~40 fps and the worst is ~20 fps

How do I go back to the old windows version? Can't find it on settings.

i3 10th gen

rx 570 8gb

16gb ram 2666 mhz

When I start to play games my pc its fine for maybe 40 - 60 minutes, then I start to get random fps drops that drop to like 3 fps then my audio sounds like static, this only last for a few seconds but it starts to do it every 4 minutes or so.
