Windows 10: Mouse stops left click until ctrl+alt+canc

I've been experiencing this problem since a pair of month. Mouse suddenly stops clicking. It starts working again after ctrl+alt+canc, block pc, insert password. I've tried:1-Changing mouse from WIFI to usb.2-Changing usb ports.3-Deleting in device manager devices under mouse.4-Tried to update mouse drivers , already updated.Mouse is logitech g500 and Trust wifi mouse

windows 10 stuck on dots circle in login screen, after press ctrl alt canc to login

in 9 pc (i upgrade at work at least 50 pc) , sometimes, windows 10 stuck on dots circle in login screen, after press ctrl alt canc to login. How i can fix it ? Reinstall is not working : Same problem.

Windows 10 version is 1511.

the only "strange" recurrence is the keyboard or mouse is ps2 in some pc.

Pls help me

Conflicts with the user account settings is one of the possible reasons why the secure sign-in option is enabled on your computer even if the box in the settings is not checked. I would suggest that you enable and disable the
Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the
  steps 5 and 6.

Ctrl Alt Del, Vista

The whole Ctrl+Shift+Esc should be used to get that crazy screen with those options and Ctrl+Alt+Del should bring up TM.
