Windows 10: Mouse stuck in 1 monitor

SOLUTION:The problem was Logitech Options software updated 7/28/2022 that disabled the mouse from moving to second screen and basically Logitech driver had the mouse locked. I completely removed Logitech Options software and reinstalled only Logitech Unifying Software and this solved the issue. If you dont have a Logitech mouse and have the same issue, try using another mouse and if the problem is solved try reinstalling the software or driver for the mouse.Update: The problem went away after reinstalling the Logitech Driver, however the issue returned quickly after clicking on the KVM. Are you monitors set up to Extend in Settings > System > Display, or from Windows key + P?

Mouse stuck in 1 monitor no matter what

I have the same issue that was never answered in this locked thread (link at the bottom). The issue was not solved so why lock the thread?

I have had two/three monitors for over a decade so I am very familiar with Display Settings, resolution, placement of monitors, identify 1/2, making one main monitor etc.

As of this morning Aug 2, 2022, I cannot move the mouse to second monitor. I dont know what happened but mouse will NOT go to second monitor, its trapped in first monitor. I can even move a window to the extent the mouse stays on screen one but I cannot enter second screen with the mouse so the floating window stays 2% in 1st screen awhile most of it is in second screen. Very frustrated. Done reboot etc a dozen times change resolution and did duplocate display back to extend display, swapped cable and HDMI port and nothing helped. Lenovo Laptop and Dell monitor that worked fine for past 2.5 years since pandemic started.
