Windows 10: Mouse stuck when starting video Firefox/Chrome/Steam on Windows 10

For the last ~2 weeks, my mouse cursor gets sometimes stuck after clicking starting videos. This happens in Steam, Firefox and Chrome. When I ALT+F4 the program, the mouse moves again. I run Manjaro Linux on the same machine without any such hiccups, so this seems to be a software error specific to Windows.

Please provide the following information with us to understand the issue better.

  Is the issue occurs in Microsoft Edge?
  

• 
  Let us know whether the issue is specific to online videos or it is happening with other videos present in your system too?
  
  As the initial troubleshooting steps, I would suggest you to check all the available Windows Updates. Installation of recent Windows Updates should fix the issue.
  
  If the issue still persists, then try updating the Display driver and check. Here is the steps:
  

• Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run command box.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• In Display Adapter, expand Display Adapter, right-click , and then click
  Update.

If the issues persists ,only with firefox then i suggest you to contact firefox support.

Windows 10 - Chrome and firefox are not working

This helped me with Chrome but not with Firefox.

I opened Control Panel>Troubleshooting>Programs>Advanced, Run as Administrator and then went through the steps. My problem was the Chrome wouldn't start at all, so I went through the steps and it asks what program you're having problems with, I chose Google
Chrome, it'll go through a short diagnostic and then give you the option of Troubleshoot Program & then it gives a list of problems. I chose the first one: This program worked in earlier versions.... then click next, I clicked Windows 7, then next and it did
it's little fix. I tested and Chrome opened up just fine.

No such luck for Firefox, though.
