Windows 10: Mouse stuttering in games (any game and just in game)

My mouse and keyboard go crazy for 2-5 sec when I'm playing any game, going in slow motion or even not moving at all, both at the same time. Outside of games it is completely normal. It is not the mouse itself, because I tested a brand new one and happened the same thing.

It started last week.

Probably it insn't a performance issue bc the fps stays above 100 all the time.

The antivirus did not find any virus. All drivers were updated.



It is a laptop, btw. Specs:

- Acer Aspire A-515

- Nvidia 940MX 2GB

- i5 7500U 2.9Ghz (up to 3.4GHz)

- 12GB RAM

- 240GB SSD

- Mouse Dazz Kirata and a Maxprint KB



I searched all over the internet and couldn't find anything that would work. Help me, please.

game stutter

my games started to severely stutter after the October 2018 update that for me installed sometime in February of 2019. my games did not stutter before the October 2018 update. I do have a bottleneck with my cpu but my cpu was not hovering around 80%-100%
during game play before the October update. I also have a stuttering mouse on desktop. could it be that windows 10 damaged my cpu? please help. thank you.
