Windows 10: Mouse stutters since recent Windows 10 automated updates

This is SEVERE, SERIOUS issue, and I am meanwhile desperate to resolve it. I looked over on the internet and I found hundreds of similar requests. I tried to follow up on a plethora of hints provided there, starting with "update your drivers," check your mouse battery, check if power cord is plugged in... just kidding. Disable this, disable that, enable here and there. Nothing helps.
If I would have to guess, I would assume that the USB driver servicing the mouse does not run in highest priority, or some other service got elevated to the same priority, or some type of request convoying or priority reversal occurs after the latest Windows updates.

I am kindly asking Microsoft to take this issue seriously, because it profoundly affects ability to be productive in a most fundamental way.

Glitched Mouse with most recent Windows Update!

Hi Emma,

To resolve the issue you're having with using your mouse, we suggest that you run the
Hardware Troubleshooter on the computer with the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + S on your keyboard.
  
• Type Troubleshooting and select it from the list.
• Select Hardware and Sound, then Hardware and Devices.

If the issue persists, update your mouse or touch pad drivers with the steps on this

link.

Severe Mouse Lag/Stutter in Windows 10

I'm on my work computer that has no games, no Bluetooth, etc. It recently upgraded itself to Windows 10. Since then, it has been painstakingly slow and the mouse will not stop stuttering. I've tried a few things but most solutions I've found apply to
laptops or wireless mice.

I cannot complete my work efficiently with this stutter. Please help!
