    Hello everybody,


    I've installed Windows on my macbook via bootcamp. Everything works fine but I can't get my Apple magic mouse work. It works when I delete the mouse under bluetooth settings, then add it again. However, it turns off immediately when I stop using it. The connection is gone and I have to delete the device and add it again. It turns off again after 1-2 seconds when not used. Interestingly the mouse starts working again after I press the shut down button and the system shuts down. Obviously this is really annoying. Can anybody help please?

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my Microsoft Modern Mouse constantly disconnecting after few seconds of not being used. It's distracting and seriously messing with my workflow.

    At the moment I've followed the steps to prevent windows from turning it off:

    1. Enabled automatic Bluetooth Support services in services.msc

    2. In device manager disabled power management (both human interfaces and bluetooth devices)

    3. Updated to latest intel wireless drivers that the automatic detector suggested

    4. Kept windows up to date, including security updates

    At the moment I'm at a loss as to what else there is to change apart from messing with registries which I'm unfamiliar with.

    Bluetooth Mouse Disconnects after exactly 30 seconds.

    I have MS Surface Book 2 15''. My mouse is M720 Triathlon (Logitech).

    Since May 01, 2019 (after installing an update related to MS virus definitions or something like that - possibly not connected with the problem) my Bluetooth mouse gets disconnected after 30 seconds. To connect it again, I need to turn it off and on. But
    then it gets disconnected again after 30 seconds. Before May 01 the mouse just worked as expected.

    Also, when I use USB dongle provided with the mouse everything works as expected.

    Display turns off for 1-2 seconds after disconnecting the power

    My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad T470s, Core i5 2.50 GHz processor, ram: 8 GB, OS: windows 10 home.
    When I disconnect the charger from the laptop the display turns off for 1-3 seconds and then turns on again. Who can I stop it?
