    Issue:- Bluetooth mice will not stay connected to Surface Book 3. There is the ping of disconnection and then one for reconnection about every 45 seconds to a minute, but sometimes it randomly works for a whole day. I've listed everything I've tried further down. It works fine with Bluetooth headphones. I have this update available but it always has an error when I try to re-download. It won't let me add a picture but the update is "Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237" and the error is "Install error - 0x80070103"Time frame:-About a yearAlready tried:-Different mice-Changi
