Windows 10: Mouse wheel scrolling... EVEN WHEN UNPLUGGED. And even after reformat/reinstall.

Earlier today, completely randomly and when not in use this problem has started out of nowhere where the computer is auto-scrolling down all the time.At first, I assumed my mouse was just glitching, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in... no change.Then I thought maybe it was the keyboard. Unplugged it and plugged it back in... no change.Then... just to be sure, I unplugged my mice and keyboards I have wired and non-wired optoins, and even while they were unplugged it was still happening!So, I loaded up Macro Recorder to try to see what was going on. When recording a macro I could see

[Win10] Gaming Mouse Scroll-Wheel Malfunction

I have a 1 year old PAWHITS Gaming mouse which has recently begun to have problems with its scroll-wheel. When ever I attempt to scroll down it jerks up or doesn't function at all.

Troubleshooting I have tried so far:

• Disassembled the mouse, clearing away any debris, cleaning the scroll wheel.
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the HID-compliant mouse driver multiple times.
• Updated Windows.
• Adjusted Scroll wheel sensitivity and settings.

I suspect the cause is something to do with the Mouse Driver as its version seems quite old.

I don't believe its hardware issue as the mouse is still relatively new and I couldn't find any faults when I took it apart.

Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?
