Windows 10: Mouse Without Borders is Suddenly Disconnecting

Suddenly, when using the Slave Screen (the other PC), I am losing the Connection, and it "times out" for about 10-15 seconds, then suddenly my mouse cursor will work and my keyboard will work again in the other PC.


This is UNUSUAL. Now, I just added a wired Keyboard. Would that be the cause? I am using a wired keyboard and wireless mouse. The other wireless keyboard went bad last week.


I have mini-logs saved should someone be able to look at them. I have them saved on both PC's.


My setup: I use a WIRED setup, between both PC's. I use An ETHERNET cable. I use IP MAPPINGS on both MWB set-up dialogs and have them mapped as follows:


192.168.3.2 (host or master MWB IP mapping) and 192.168.3.1 (Slave or connected PC).


I have other options selected as follows: SHARE CLIPBOARD, HIDE MOUSE AT SCREEN EDGE, DRAW MOUSE CURSOR, DISABLE CAD, BLOCK SCREEN SAVE ON OTHER MACHINES and SEND ERROR LOG all are selected.

Mouse Without Borders - works only in one direction

• Do you get any error message when you try to access the Laptop on VPN?
• Have you installed Mouse without Borders setup on both the systems?

If not, I suggest you to install the latest setup of Mouse without Borders on both the systems and check if it helps.

NOTE: The same version of Mouse without Borders must be run in the machines.

If it doesn't works, I would suggest you to post your query on
