    Mouse without borders security key expired yet again


    This does happen often but it has happened quite a few times, in which case I have to regenerate and hand-copy a 24 digit ascii key to several different computers. Why has this bug still not been patched? I uninstalled and reinstalled and same error with same key. I'm on a private router that only my computers can access. Surprised this bug has been going on for so long without any attention from the developer.

    Hi Kerry,

    where are you seeing this?

    I have not known the security key to expire.

    I would suggest creating a new key

    open mouse without border

    on machine setup tab click new key button

    enter the key shown into mouse without borders on the other machine(s)
