Windows 10: Mouse works for a few seconds then it stops working and Windows doesn't recognize it.

Hello,So I have a problem that whenever i plug my mouse in my laptop it works for a few seconds and then it stops working and it says "Windows doesn't recognize it". Well I know my mouse cannot be broken and it was working a few hours ago and just now it started this drama, and I cannot work with my touchpad.It is a Logitech mouseMy laptop is a HP Laptop 15-da3001TUI upgraded it to Windows 11.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Mouse stops working randomely

I have an optical ps/2 mouse that ive used without issue for years, i don;t even think ive ever dropped it before, but now every once in a while it will stop responding to movement and then start moving again after a feeas seconds, but the strange thing is everything else works, my keyboard, mouse clicjing even the read led during the time that it is not responding to movement. I use a mouse pad.

 

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.
