  1. Mouseclicks unfocus the clicked windows

This is crossposted from /r/TechSupport, posting here to hopefully find someone who can help:

A few weeks ago, I had an issue where all of the sudden, I couldn't click on things anymore. Wherever I would click, it felt like I clicked 'through' the window rather than 'on' it. Literally, the solid colored bar at the top of the window would go transparent when I clicked on it.

Weirdly enough, I could still interact with one window at a time. I could do everything in one window, whereas I would have to use the keyboard to navigate any other windows. Every program is still 'responding', but only to keyboard inputs.

I tried everything to try and fix this, reinstalling drivers, disabling services, sfc /scannow and everything close to that. A full Windows reinstall fixed the problem and for two weeks my PC worked without problems.

However, yesterday it started again. The exact same issue. But this time a Windows reinstall didn't fix the issue. I did some more troubleshooting and found this thread on the Microsoft forums which is the closest thing I found to my own issue. The temporary fix of locking Windows with win + L works for me as well. But no permanent fix is provided.

This is where I need help. What is this issue I'm having and how can it be fixed? The temporary fixes have to be applied way too frequently and it's not worth putting up with. My computer's performance seems to be worse in the two times I've been experiencing this issue too, although the 'Performance' tab in the Task Manager shows no fluctuation or bad numbers at any given time.

Some specs for what it's worth:

    CPU: i9-9900k

    GPU: RTX 2070

    RAM: 16 GB

I'll be more than happy to share more information, thanks loads in advance for any possible help!

My Windows version is 10.0.19042 Build 19042, Microsoft Windows 10 Home.

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
