When moving the cursor around on the mousepad, the text I'm working in, whether in a document on Google Drive or in Microsoft Word 365 (trial version), the document enlarges or shrinks based on the mousepad's whim. Sometimes moving the cursor just a bit to edit a word, shifts the entire text so that i'm many paragraphs above where I intended to be (and thought I was).

This is a new Windows 10 HP laptop, model Crap but Cheap. Oh, sorry, model 15-ac161nr.

    Thank you all.

    :)

Lol, no p sa nada, I know a bit more and besides, Google Translator can help me with most, so I am sure I will be able to explain what is wrong.

  3. N95 has a mind of its own!

Hi, Thks, I tried what you said and reset the phone, which by the looks of it, is exactly the only thing they did (the shop) when I brought it the 1st time. But unfortunally, the same thing happens, so its 99% a hardware failure, as you said.

Ok, are there here maybe some people that speak Spanish, so that its possible for me to explain to the people in the shop what the problem is in Spanish, since the 1st time I told them what happened, its obviously that they didnt understand.

If not..I guess its Google Translater for me then and go back to them, stating its a hardware failure.

Thanks a lot for your help ;-)

Check for new mousepad drivers, and make sure that nothing else is touching the mousepad other than r finger(s) if it has a multi-touch one. I would give an exact link to the drivers, except the manual driver download page is not working for some reason so here's a link to the automatic driver update utility instead. Just click the orange "Check now" button.
