    When I download files from iCloud on my windows computer to store in my file system in Windows, the MOW files always get wrong date and time. They get the time and date from the time I move them from iCloud. What is wrong?

    Ive never worked with .mov files. What a free program and best program to work with .mov files on a PC?

    When I download .mov files from OneDrive why is the 'date taken' missing and why is the .mov converted to .mp4?

    When downloading from OneDrive the 'date taken' or 'media created' date for .mov files is missing. In the folder listings on the OneDrive page I can see the date is in the file. I download 1 .mov file and it is changed to .mp4 when it arrives in my WIN11 Downloads folder. Also, the 'date taken/media created' is missing. I can download multiple .mov files and they are zipped up, which preserves them as .mov. There is no conversion, but the date I need is no longer there. I can upload an .mp4 file, then download it and the date I need is still there. The jpg and jpeg files still have the date, only mov files seem to be impacted

    I am downloading from the OneDrive website on my Lenovo laptop running WIN11.

    MOV-files with wrong date

    Mov codec broken.

    My mov codec must be broken. All the *.mov files are opening, but the colors are all damaged. Any suggestions? I have tried quick time alternative as well as quicktime with the same result. Whats the best way to clean out the old codecs so I can reinstall.
