Windows 10: Move the installed program for D drive to E drive

Hello everyone,I installed some software on my D drive, however, now my C drive is full, and I want to extend it.That's why I need to move the data from my D drive to other drive, so I will have more space to extend the C drive.If the data inside the D drive is the normal data, it will be very easy to do that. However, in the past, I installed some software in D drive, I worry that moving these installed file from D drive to other drive will make the program work not proper.My question is that, can I move the installed file from D drive to other drive, and the program still can work normal? how can i export all the programs that are installed in all drive. im using wmic but it only provide list of software or programs installed in c drive but not in all drive

Get list of all programs or software's installed in all drives (C,D E etc)

thanks for the reply. Yes im able to pull list the programs using this.

But it only provided the list of programs which are installed in C drive. We actually have installed software's in other drive as well like D ,E etc.

how can we export those as well as list.

 

D Drive Installation

I need to install my programs to the D Drive but I'm uncertain of all the procedures I should take before starting that process.

I think the drive is ready to go but I still have questions like

Should I create a Programs folder for the D Drive and do I just select the D drive for all installation options. Like Installation and folders and etc .....

Do I need to change the storage options or create my own My Documents on the D Drive.

For Example - My 3D software loads my content into My Documents. I guess I can re direct these files to the D Drive also ?

I guess it shouldn't be rocket science but I just haven't installed programs off the c drive before.

Do you have Any Suggestions , tips or tutorials you can recommend ?
