Windows 10: Move the taskbar at the bottom to left hand side

I want to move the taskbar at the bottom to left wall. After updated the Window 11, the taskbar could not move to left wall. I can did it in the older version. My monitor is quite width, so I think if the taskbar can be moved to left, it can assist me to read the whole picture. Please advise.

HTC Pro-Windows Mobile 6.1 Left Handed

I need some guidance/suggestions/is it even possible, for the following questions:

• 
  Can I move the on screen scroll bars to the left side of my screen? I am left handed and using the stylus with my left hand is awkward?
  
• 
  Can I set a different browser as the default browser? Let's say instead of Opera Mobile, I want to use Firefox or I.E.?
  

 

Disoriented without the vertical taskbar and left hand side clock

Totally disoriented and missing the vertical taskbar, but especially missing the left hand side clock. Disappointed.
