    HiI bought my old laptop with W10 home pre installed, I then bought a W10/11 upgrade through MS store, I received a confirmation email but there was no digital licence attached to email see screen shots below.Now I have bought a new laptop & would like to use the W10/11 pro licence, so I would like to revert the old laptop to Home and sell it & use the W10/11 pro licence on the New laptop.Im stuck because I did not receive an attachment in the email with the digital licence! What can I do?Attached screenshots...Confirmation email as you can see there is no attachmentMy Microsoft

    Possible to transfer over Windows 11 Pro licence from dead laptop to new laptop?

    My old laptop which was running Windows 11 Home originally out of the box, which then I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro through the $99 Microsoft Store upgrade has died and will not turn on again. I am getting a new laptop with Windows 11 Home on it, but I still want a Windows 11 Pro licence on it. Is it possible to transfer the licence? I don't want to spend another $99 to upgrade my new laptop to Pro. I am willing to take out the SSD if needed to retreive the product key/licence. Does anyone have more detailed steps on how to transfer over the licence if it is possible?

    Yeah this is good suggestions here with your old laptop but i just want to say you that you should replace your old laptop with any new laptop by exchanging the old one and i think this is the best opinion for you ....
